There were several mishaps. That would bring a one star ranking. However the staff worked hard to make things right. That brought it up to 3 stars. This is for sales not service. Sarah in service was amazing. However sales department, Not professional, had a deal on a truck, ran my credit then sold the truck to someone else. I have a Lifetime Warranty on my Jeep that I purchased from Chrysler Jeep. I found out on this service visit that my Warranty was sold to a third party. It took over a week to get my Jeep back from the from Chrysler Jeep. I found out on this service visit that my Warranty was sold to a third party. It took over a week to get my Jeep back from the service department for what should have been a simple A/C repair. The vast majority of this time was getting approval from the third party warranty company. I did not purchase my Lifetime Warranty from a third party company, I purchased it from Chrysler Jeep. I understand this is happening to all of your Lifetime Warranty customers, and Chrysler Jeep should be embarrassed. I will add that I did receive excellent customer service and communication from the Palmer Dodge service department, especially Kim. More
