Poor poor service I talk to the service department guy about my car and the problem I was having with it. He told me it would take at least 3 day to fix. Because they have to take part out and send it of to be fixed. So I dropped car off on th 20th. Called to pic up car on the 26th. Car wasn't ready. Go pick it and they tell me I have to leave car so they can take part out to send off. That's why I left it there for a week. The only thing they done was diagnostic test. Which it didn't need because it all ready been done. And they didn't put my center console back together. A left oil on steering wheel which gotten on my pants. Poor service . More

I brought my 2007 Grand Cherokee in for service and I was beyond thrilled with the service, despite the issues my vehicle was having. This was my first encounter with a Jeep dealership in GA since moving here last year. Last week, I brought the car in last week for an acceleration issue but unfortunately no certain issue was found. Then, a couple of days later it started leaking coolant and I brought it back in-- the same rep worked with me and in addition to working on the current issue, he also noted the acceleration issue to be checked as well in case there was a connection. Well, come to find out- I had three separate issues all contributing to the acceleration issue and the team went above and beyond to make sure that the two new (and one unforeseen!) issues were fixed and the cost was reasonable. I tend to have my doubts when working with a dealership but Palmer Jeep and the service crew put those doubts to rest. More
I brought a 2005 Jeep Wrangler in that I was thinking of buying from CarMax to get looked at and generally inspected. Mr. Tim Rankin was the Mechanic who looked at it and spent the time to throughly go over buying from CarMax to get looked at and generally inspected. Mr. Tim Rankin was the Mechanic who looked at it and spent the time to throughly go over everything on the jeep to ensure it was a sound purchase for me. I might add that this was all free of any charge because I had a free 31point inspection coupon that they had sent me. I have also had Mr. Rankin work on my 2005 Jeep Liberty and have always found him to be knowledgable, honest and willing to take the time to show you what your vehical needs done if anything. I purchased a used vehicle from Palmer Dodge. I didn’t realize it at the time, but the tires were in very poor condition, so by the time I went for my first oil change after 3000 miles, the recommendation realize it at the time, but the tires were in very poor condition, so by the time I went for my first oil change after 3000 miles, the recommendation was FOUR NEW TIRES. I couldn’t help wondering why Palmer Dodge would even put the car on the lot if it knew that all the tires were in need of replacement. Buyer beware. When I went back to my Sales person, he stated nothing could be done. His manager was also not very cooperative. I went to service to get the records on the vehicle. The service Manager, David Keller said he would do what it took to make the situation right. If it had not been for David Keller and the Service Team, I don’t know what I would have done. I would not purchase a vehicle from Palmer Dodge but I will continue to get my car serviced there as well and refer my friends/co-workers. I would only recommend Service, not sales. More
I am happy with the work this dealership does and they sure juggle a lot of customers well. My only complaint is that for the 2nd time they have promised that they would wash my van as part of my service sure juggle a lot of customers well. I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and a wash. I was there for over 4 hours. There were obnoxious kids there running around and yelling.
