had 3 warranty problems and the 60,000 mile service All was handled in good order. It took linger than anticipated due to memorial day and the warranty problems. Winston Anderson kept me informed and All was handled in good order. It took linger than anticipated due to memorial day and the warranty problems. Winston Anderson kept me informed and offered a car to use. I did not need it but did use the complimentary van. The cost of the 60K service turned out to be almost $1200. More

I’m not sure why it’s such a headache, but Luis and Palmer Dodg I’ve had nothing but issues with this car. This is my 3rd SRT of the 2015 and up body. I’m not sure why it’s such a headache, but Luis and Palmer Dodge have been my pain killers. If it wasn’t for Luis and the service, I would have moved on from Mopar. Luckily my car is still under warranty, so it’s not too much of an issue. However, if the issues continue I will be forced to depart from Dodge. The products don’t make the company great, the people who service and advise make the company great. More
