I am happy with the work this dealership does and they sure juggle a lot of customers well. My only complaint is that for the 2nd time they have promised that they would wash my van as part of my service sure juggle a lot of customers well. I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and a wash. I was there for over 4 hours. There were obnoxious kids there running around and yelling. Recall work on 2007 Jeep and Check Engine/Gas Cap Light - %23.00 to reset the light and it is back on. Palmer did nothing and wasted two days and 30 miles round trip. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Nubian Holmes, and he began by forseeing that he was going to find me the perfect car! Jared and Nick assisted me while I waited and the overall experience was highly favorable. Nubian provided me with a great car and introduced me to the service crew who has now continued to maintain everything I need! I had an issue that arose after a recall fix at this dealership. We were annoyed that the issue wasnt discovered during our inital visit and contacted Jody regarding the matter. Honestly, his policy was very straight forward and in a refreshing change the dealership assumed responsiblity for having missed it the first time. I commend Jody and his guys for being, in my opinion, in the minority of dealerships that actually listen to their customers and their points. My hats off to you. More
