Excellent Customer Service My experience was fabulous with Neil as my Service Director. After learning that I was going to unexpectedly need to pay out of pocket for a rental c My experience was fabulous with Neil as my Service Director. After learning that I was going to unexpectedly need to pay out of pocket for a rental car, he offered up HIS OWN PERSONAL CAR for me to borrow. We have taken our cars to several dealerships over the years for service and have never received such exceptional customer service. Thank you so much! Now on the other hand, the fact that I was going to be charged by the Dealership was crazy. We just purchased a $60k jeep and were exchanging the tires. Palmer originally offered to come and pick up the car from our house and take care of this. We ended up bringing it up to the dealership and then was surprised to find out they were going to charge us $35 for a two hour rental car. Not good customer service! More
