Service 9.18.2019 My experience at Palmer Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram on 9.18.2019 (drop off day) (Pick-up 9.23.2019) was very poor. Service Manager was not helpful or pro My experience at Palmer Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram on 9.18.2019 (drop off day) (Pick-up 9.23.2019) was very poor. Service Manager was not helpful or professional. I brought my Ram for service (under warranty) there was a discrepancy on a "shop fee" and I was unable to get the service manager to return my call. I came to pick up my truck and the service manager didn't even acknowledge me or attempt to see what the issue was. It was not a great experience. I also told the service advisor that my truck had a vibration at 80MPH. He recommended a road force balance (that I already had done). The odd thing was that he stated they only drove the truck at 70MPH but I advised that the vibration was at 80MPH. So how can you recommend something but you didn't even get the truck up to the 80MPH to see the actual problem. It just feels like they recommend services to get money without verifying the problem. Then the funny thing is they recommended replacement of a brake light for 35.00 and wiper blades for 40 dollars however, couldn't even explain to me the issue on the vibration at 80MPH. The only professional thing about my experience was the young lady in charge of loaner cars. She was polite and professional however, the service department staff was not to be desired. I did speak to the VP after my experience. He stated he would look into it and call me back of course I never got a call back. Thanks, More
