Thanks, Thomas! I dropped off my Jeep at the service center on a Sunday after my radiator overheated. The service area was closed, so I left my keys and information i I dropped off my Jeep at the service center on a Sunday after my radiator overheated. The service area was closed, so I left my keys and information in their after hours drop off. Thomas called me the following day and informed me that there was a factory recall on my radiator fan, and the faulty part was responsible for the issue the day before. The fan was replaced free of charge and I was able to retrieve my car that same day (though I couldn't get it until the following day). He was so helpful and very sweet too. Thank you, Thomas! More

They made me wait for 2 hours before telling me they are out of the part and i had to come back to get it done.No one came to inform me. After waiting for 2 hours, i thought to check with the Service Dept and found my car running outside the door(who knows since how long). Bad customer service, Bad communication, Bad experience. More

I do have one complaint and that is that the dealership surveys are too long and too detailed. Customers don’t have time for such inconsiderate surveys. The dealership needs to use surveys from companies that have no more than five questions with a one to five star rating. Simple surveys would be appreciated. Everyone ate the dealership was great!
