Consistently great service Palmer has serviced my daughter’s 2012 Jeep Liberty for 5 years now. Rather than doing it for her I’ve let my daughter handle the service relationship Palmer has serviced my daughter’s 2012 Jeep Liberty for 5 years now. Rather than doing it for her I’ve let my daughter handle the service relationship with Palmer so she learns the ropes. Every father worries about their daughter being taken advantage of “cause she’s just a kid and she’s a girl.” I have been thoroughly impressed with the service managers who have taken care of my daughter. They have treated her with respect and provided great service to her Jeep. More

From the time Thomas answered the phone on my initial call until I went to pick up my car he was polite, he listened and was very helpful. Not sure who the other service person was that was there with Thomas when I picked up my car but he offered some useful information as well. Going forward, this will definitely be my choice for a Dodge dealer whenever I need service. More

Timely and knowledgable service manager I had been taking my vehicle to a closer Dealer for service, however that dealers service was terrible. So I called the folks at Palmer in Roswell an I had been taking my vehicle to a closer Dealer for service, however that dealers service was terrible. Oil change took 90 minutes when they quoted it would take 45 I got to the dealer at 2:20 which is supposed to be the slow time after lunch before after work crowd my rep said it would take 45 min . They texted I got to the dealer at 2:20 which is supposed to be the slow time after lunch before after work crowd my rep said it would take 45 min . They texted 90 min later saying car was ready . My rep said sorry she was busy with a warranty issue. Do my car was ready but no one else could text me ? Then when I got in my car my drivers side arm rest was covered in black grease. I keep my interior clean because it is dove grey . I did not appreciate that I had to clean my car after a 90 min oil change. By the way if the said it was 90 min that would be my choice to come back later or wait . But I wasn’t given a choice. More
Transmission issue on my '18 Dodge Journey I have supposedly had my transmission fixed twice by two different Dodge dealers and now it has blown for a third time within 3 weeks. Frustrating.
