Awesome service I have been to the dealership several times trying to get my truck radio system updated. Each time, the perferred technician wasn't available . After my 3rd attempt, it was advised the technician should be there. Neil was helping someone and recognized me instantly. He asked another service attendant to assist me ASAP. I felt honored to have someone who remember their customers. That's the type of service each company need from their representative. This is y I will always deal with Palmer Dodge only. Rather if I need either a new vehicle or mines serviced. I literally travel 30 plus miles just to get to this dealership to get the service that I need. Neil you're the best! Lack of Attention to Detail Had a flat tire, received a new tire but they did not put the spare back on until I arrived and reminded them again.
