Saved me on a Saturday! My Jeep dash flashed a ‘Transmission Service’ warning last Saturday and soon thereafter went into ‘limp’ mode. Fortunately Palmer Dodge was close and My Jeep dash flashed a ‘Transmission Service’ warning last Saturday and soon thereafter went into ‘limp’ mode. Fortunately Palmer Dodge was close and I was able to drive there. Their Service Dept was actually open on Saturday. Luis Espinoza quickly took the car in, generated diagnostic codes, explained the powertrain was still under warranty, and assured me he would call first thing Monday morning with more info. By 10AM on Monday Luis had finished repair of my car and said it was ready for pickup. Incredible customer service for someone who had not previously been to their dealership. I’ll certainly be a client going forward! More

Service department Well I’ve brought my Jeep to this dealership before for a oil change and one of the staff members kept trying to convince me that my Jeep had more ser Well I’ve brought my Jeep to this dealership before for a oil change and one of the staff members kept trying to convince me that my Jeep had more serious problems even though it’s only a year old with 20000 miles on it. So I asked him if it would be under warranty and he’s said no it would have to be out of pocket for about $1800, ain’t nobody got time for that. But I was there recently for something else and a want to shout out Thomas pappas, he’s vary friendly, understanding, great work! More

Eddie and Thomas took as a personal miss Thomas Pappas and Eddie in the Service department were instrumental in putting my 1990 D150 back on the road. Eddie and Thomas took as a personal mission to put my Dad's old truck back on the road. Eddie had all the old school equipment to read the binary codes to discover an ignition timing, ignition circuit and ignition coil firing problem. I told them to not spend more than 500 dollars unless we have an issue with the camshaft and distributor....It is very refreshing for them to say....it was not needed yet. Unbelievable...Eddie tweaked the engine and the idle control valve. Installed a new ignition coil and adjusted the distributor. It is running so smoothly...it is hard to hear it idle....fantastic job!!! More

Very very long time for work Tires, alignment, filter etc took FOUR hours. That’s ridiculous!!!! Thomas was good. I can’t comment on price with nothing to compare.
