Palmer is the best dealership Palmer Dodge is the only Jeep dealership I trust in the metro-Atlanta area and honestly, is the main reason why I haven't given up on Jeep in general. Palmer Dodge is the only Jeep dealership I trust in the metro-Atlanta area and honestly, is the main reason why I haven't given up on Jeep in general. I really do like my Jeep, but the reliability is less than stellar. I am taking my Jeep to get serviced every 6 months (and no this isn't an exaggeration). My Jeep is a 2011 and the only major thing that has broken is the transmission, but I have minor issues, such as the thermostat, door locks, etc. Every time, Palmer Dodge has been great in getting my vehicle serviced as soon as possible (sometimes even sooner than expected). I trust Palmer Dodge and never feel taken advantage of. Palmer Dodge goes out of it's way to ensure I receive timely communications so I know the exact status of my vehicle repair. Even when I got in a dispute with corporate Jeep for reimbursement on a part that was later recalled, Palmer Dodge willingly got involved and explained to corporate Jeep the situation so that I was fully reimbursed for the recalled part that I had paid out of pocket to have repaired. Where do you find that type of customer service nowadays?!?! No where, but at Palmer Dodge! More

Winston in the Service Department was professional & helpful I had an issue with a leak that was letting rainwater in. The service department was aware of the nature of the problem and immediately recognize what I had an issue with a leak that was letting rainwater in. Neil and Luis make an awesome team! Unfortunately that morning I had to deal with a 3 hour wait for a tow truck - that had nothing to do with my service experience but simply adding that Unfortunately that morning I had to deal with a 3 hour wait for a tow truck - that had nothing to do with my service experience but simply adding that in here as to the mood I was in as I walked into the Service Department. When I entered the service department it was slammed and my stress level heightened . I knew that I had called and talked to Neil to let him know I was bringing in the Jeep ahead of time but he was busy on the phone with one customer and another customer was standing in line for him. Luis eagerly stepped in to help Neil out and somehow managed to bring a smile and a laugh out of me as he operated into this sense of urgency to give outstanding customer service. Neil then took over and was resourceful and professional lending me an expected ETA. Courtney then found a rental Jeep on the lot so that I could get to work at a more than feasible time given the circumstances. Neil kept me informed of the work being done on the Jeep through texts but the service provided by him when I picked up my vehicle was outstanding. I truly appreciated his honesty and forthright recommendations that would suit me. As a woman it is always a catch 22 when taking in your vehicle for service. As you all are aware, most service departments are always trying to sell you on something or possibly use your automobile maintenance ignorance to their benefit. I can say that I felt really "looked after" in this scenario and that the dealership had my best interest in mind. Kudos to Neil, Luis, and Courtney for a job well done! More
