Worst Service I ever had on any car I've owned (35 years) 1st service (oil change and tire rotation) of our new jeep and the service tech used a air gun to tighten the wheel nuts on my $56K jeep. No torque w 1st service (oil change and tire rotation) of our new jeep and the service tech used a air gun to tighten the wheel nuts on my $56K jeep. No torque wrench was used! When I asked the service advisor he said they only have 90 psi for the air gun and all dealers do it that way! I stated you could have 90 psi and still have the air gun over torque the lug nuts. I asked them to torque the lug nuts properly. Service tech smirked at me and then went around with a torque wrench. I stated you need to loosen the wheel nuts and retorque them properly as he laughed at me... I told them if you don't know what they are doing they should not work on cars! Spoke with Service manager and he re-torqued the wheel nuts, but no apology just have a nice day. Would not want to own the other cars and jeeps they worked while I watching them. They did the same thing to at least 4 other vehicles while I was there. Oil was spilled on the engine cover and smelled oil all the way home (more than the usually oil on the exhaust). Oily finger prints on the hood and fender too. Need to wash the Jeep when I got home because of oily finger prints. I hope the used the correct oil... 5w30! When we purchase the Jeep, Jody & Chris assured us that they had a great service and would not be disappointed. I was shocked at the service and how they treated my $56K jeep! More

Unbelievable Thieves I have purchased four jeeps from this dealership over the last ten years, and was a loyal customer until this week when I brought my jeep in because m I have purchased four jeeps from this dealership over the last ten years, and was a loyal customer until this week when I brought my jeep in because my rear tail light was not working. Palmer Dodge diagnosed the problem and determined that I need a new rear tail light assembly, which they quoted as costing $751 to replace. I questioned this high amount, to which they responded that since I was such a loyal customer, they would do the job for $572, which was the best they could do. I declined and then found the replacement part online for $62, and replaced it myself in four minutes flat. These guys should not be allowed to stay in business. More
