Many thanks to service adviser Sara Jaramillo for her help in solving problem repairing my RAM but because of miscommunication between Palmer Dodge and Chrysler I lost almost 2 weeks of my time and my mo help in solving problem repairing my RAM but because of miscommunication between Palmer Dodge and Chrysler I lost almost 2 weeks of my time and my money for repair and rentals. Chrysler didn't want to cover expenses for repair of my 2021 RAM with 101,066 miles because they said I bought a truck with 65,000 mile/5 years warranty but when I bought it was shows on my window sticker 5years/100,000 Mile powertrain warranty. This is already the second serious breakdown in this vehicle, the first one happened on 10,000 miles and I waited a month to get back my truck from repair shop at Palmer Dodge dealership. I hope you understand my disappointment More

on my first service, the service facility neglected to change tire pressure after rotating my tires. The result in a return trip upon which the service manager was too busy to see me. Sarah was exceptional! I was very nervous about what may have been wrong with my car but Sarah's conscientiousness caught the problem and saved me a ton!
