Very arrogant! Would assume things before listening to the end of client's concerns. Would not show video to the mechanic instead again assuming his own solution. Did not help with rental car and was very rude and persistent about it. He could have just informed the client that it is their right to rent on their own. The car was driven over 50 miles and the mechanic still didn't find the problem. I just won't go back there and not only that, my car has now broken break booster and vacuum pump because Palmer didn't find it in time to fix it. And to add to it, I almost had an accident because of my breaks. More
