The service I received was satisfactory; however, I’m increasingly frustrated with the excessive survey requests. I’ve provided feedback in the past, yet the volume of reminders now feels intrusive and o increasingly frustrated with the excessive survey requests. I’ve provided feedback in the past, yet the volume of reminders now feels intrusive and overwhelming. Receiving multiple texts and emails in rapid succession, followed by additional reminders over weeks, creates a negative experience that overshadows the service itself. While I understand the importance of gathering feedback, this automated barrage is counterproductive. A well-timed and thoughtful request would be far more effective and respectful of customers' time. Unfortunately, the current approach leaves me disinclined to participate and reflects poorly on your service. Please reconsider your feedback process to make it less disruptive. This persistent approach may ultimately affect my willingness to remain a loyal customer. 2nd time trying to send this - links to recover email did not log me in and preserve the review I was trying to submit.
