Rich Kinsey was very profesional and attentive. Its hard to believe there is a dealership with this quality of a service department. But, Palmer Dodge is wonderful. Sarah Jaramillo is excellent. I took the time to learn her name because she took g quality of a service department. But, Palmer Dodge is wonderful. Sarah Jaramillo is excellent. She is responsive and attentive and far more interested in listening to what you need instead of figuring out what to try to sell you.
