I made an appointment for a brake & maintenance check on a Monday. My Jeep didn’t get looked at til Wednesday and not completed til Friday. My total bill was over $2500. I Purchased a 2021 Ram 1500 from Palmer 8 weeks ago. The salesman was eager to get my business as I had other purchase options from other dealerships. I chose Palmer based on what I THOUGHT at the time The salesman was eager to get my business as I had other purchase options from other dealerships. I chose Palmer based on what I THOUGHT at the time was an honest and fair deal. Boy was I wrong!!!! Before agreeing to the purchase price of almost 50k, we did a "We Owe" for them to repair the dash where the leather had pulled loose creating a wrinkle and visable pocket underneath itself. I informed the salesman that unless the dash was repaired, I would not be interested in purchasing the truck. We agreed that I would pay half of the cost of the $1200 cost of the repair. We agreed that i would return the truck to them in a couple weeks after the purchase date to have the repair completed. Upon picking the truck up from Palmer after completion of the repair, I noticed that the leather on the dash was laying smooth with the contours of the dash. I was satisfied that they had lived up to our "we owe" agreement. Six weeks later, the problem has resurfaced. Upon speaking with my salesman, I am being told to "KICK ROCKS". He has informed me that there is nothing that Palmer is willing to do and that I can take it somewhere else and pay to have it repaired. He even had the audacity to tell me that if I wasn't satisfied, I could trade the truck in. (As if I would be willing to do business with them again.) This is not the way you treat your customer, especially after I spent $600 (half the cost of the repair) to have to issue rectified. Palmer Dodge, you should be ashamed. You have shown that you do not keep your word and after sale customer service means absolutely nothing!!!!! BUYERS BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!! More
