Hiram Morales, the service advisor was great. welcoming, friendly, explained the process very well, and provided good advise. only area of oppty: When my SUV was delivered check engine light was on. Hira friendly, explained the process very well, and provided good advise. only area of oppty: When my SUV was delivered check engine light was on. Hiram immediately proceeded and took the car back to the garage area. after performing the fuel system service, seems mechanic forgot to reset computer. this should have been caught by QA/QC process. quick fix though. overall very good service. i plan to be back at 50K miles. Asked for a quote after the GM asked to expedite a deal from previous emails with a so called Internet Manager. They must give that title out to anyone. Not only did that offer a ridiculously lowball offer from previous emails with a so called Internet Manager. They must give that title out to anyone. Not only did that offer a ridiculously lowball offer on my trade they just happen to leave off the current rebates RAM offered. The best part is they charge a $899 doc fee. The State of GA only charges $45 for a new tag....This place is very shady. Do not waste your time even contacting this dealership. More
