Palmer definitely has their mojo back. I was able to make a service appointment at a time that was convenient for me for my 70,000 mile check-up. When I arrived, I was greeted immediately and directed to a service advisor, Luis Torres. Luis reviewed my service history, explained what items would be included, and told me it would be 2 hours for completion. He directed me to the waiting area which had snacks & beverages available with a work area & Free wifi to use while I worked on paperwork. Exactly 2 hours on the dot I was notified that my Jeep was ready! A very pleasurable experience! More
Do no come to this dealership for service. We have paid twice and been let down twice for the same battery drain issue. My 2014 Town and Country keeps dying and each time they say the issue is "fixed" and claim the van continually dies because of an interior dome light left on. YET, no lights are on and once again, now that i'm back home, my van wont start. My husband nicely pushed back when Luis called and said was a dome light and said there's no way one dome light is being left on OR killing our van each night. No way. They wouldn't give us the keys unless we paid the $200 diagnostic fee....all for the issue to NOT be solved. There is clearly an electrical issue going on but they refuse address it and simply want me to keep bringing it back for $200 to hook it up and claim there's no problem. We are so unhappy with this dealership. More

The customer service representative that contacted me was extremely polite and seemed to want to help. The problem still exists.
