I bought a 2023 jeep unlimited from this dealership. Anna was my salesperson. She was very prompt before i bought but was slow and unresponsive to me. First I had the jeep shipped to me. On car garues it states 899 doc and 89 dollars shipping fee. When I paid doc fee went to 999 and shipping fee went to 250. I wanted the jeep so I looked over this I was quoted a price for a warranty but when I checked the warranty was the lowest one and when I called they went up 500 for the warranty I wanted. . When I received the jeep the windshield was chipped and the driver side running light was out. I tried to contact Anna but was ignored. I ended up spending 500 for a new windshield and was quoted approx 175 to fix the light. No happy at all and cannot recommend this dealership More

I bought 3 oil changes for my jeep wrangler from them a couple of years ago. I used 2 and when i went there on February 16 they refused to honor it telling me it had expired.I explained to them that no whe couple of years ago. I used 2 and when i went there on February 16 they refused to honor it telling me it had expired.I explained to them that no where on my receipt does it show that but they still refused.I asked for the manager whose name is David Keller but they told me he wasn’t around.I went back again and they told me he was on vacation. I went back on February 25th. He couldn’t be more processional nice and so helpful after I explained my dilemma. He went ahead and honored the service. I returned on February 26 and upon seeing me told the service people to take care of me. David Keller is an asset to Palmer Dodge and I highly recommend the dealership and ask for David if you encounter any problem which you feel is not justified. I was in and and out in no time.
