Receiving multiple texts and emails in rapid succession, followed by additional reminders over weeks, creates a negative experience that overshadows the service itself. While I understand the importance of gathering feedback, this automated barrage is counterproductive. A well-timed and thoughtful request would be far more effective and respectful of customers' time. Unfortunately, the current approach leaves me disinclined to participate and reflects poorly on your service. Please reconsider your feedback process to make it less disruptive.
