The advisor team is really good, Hiram always goes above and beyond making sure my truck is in pristine condition. The Palmer Dealership isn't the greatest. They barely ever have loaner vehicles and a sim and beyond making sure my truck is in pristine condition. The Palmer Dealership isn't the greatest. He's never polite and I always feel as if we are not welcomed there for service. He's never in a good mood and anytime you ask a question he gets upset. He told me I'd have to wait 4hrs one day for wiper blades. I looked at him and said "The two minutes you've spent fussing at me you could've already installed the wiper blades yourself". He got upset and told me they weren't hard at all to install. For the money I spent on them, he should gladly replace them. I was a service manager for a GM dealership, we all knew how to install wiper blades. That was never a service we'd make our customers wait for. More
