My sales person was very responsive and good to work with (Mike G). The finance person was not at all responsive after the sale. He sent the electronic docs as requested during the finance meeting but in a s (Mike G). The finance person was not at all responsive after the sale. An oil change took over 2 hours. It was the first one the vehicle had and was included. The advisor asked if I wanted my tires rotated as well, but I said no, since I had done it one It was the first one the vehicle had and was included. There was a backup in the tire garage." My question to them: "Why was it in the tire garage".....So, more than 30 minutes later (since there was still a backup in the tire garage), the tires were put back on the way the arrived and the oil and filter had been changed. This was supposed to be a "free service" to me, but it was more expensive (opportunity cost" for me to come to the dealer and deal with miscues and frankly just slow service, so I probably won't be coming back (to this or any dealer) again.
