First I want to say that all the Service Advisor were friendly and attentive. I worked personally with Richard and he was great. He was friendly, knowledgable and helpful. He got me in quickly and afterwards he showed me different features in my car that I didn't know about and gave me some tips on maintaining my car. I brought my jeep last week with the issue of headlights turning on and off by themselves. Only to return to the dealer for the same issue. I paid over $600 and I do not plan to pay any more than that. Ther turning on and off by themselves. Only to return to the dealer for the same issue. Up until Palmer Dodge, I dreaded stepping foot on a lot! I’ve wanted a jeep for over 30 years and just always put everyone’s needs above mine… I spoke with Casey and next thing I know I’m driving the 4xe an I’ve wanted a jeep for over 30 years and just always put everyone’s needs above mine… I spoke with Casey and next thing I know I’m driving the 4xe and I doubt very seriously that I’ll ever stop driving a jeep.
