Our salesman Randy was wonderful. He was great at answering all of our questions and he made sure that he went above and beyond to get his car sold. He was very respectful and professional, so for the sales team, it's definitely a 5 star review. The reason for the 4 stars was the finance representative that was assigned to us. It seemed that he doesn't understand that we can also calculate the numbers...he gave us a rate and when I told him that I had another better rate already approved, he said that the amount that we were financing was so small that it would only make a dollar difference. Now this is completely false as my rate an his rate was 2.2% different and the difference was 15 dollars a month which equates to $900 extra on a 5 year loan. We still purchased the vehicle, but it was only due to Randy's hard work and the sales manager making sure that we hit the price that we were looking for, so thank you guys for that. More
