Physical service provided was adequate. Customer service left a little to be desired. As a customer with a service contract, I’ve always brought my vehicle for oil changes. Never have I needed to bring up my service contract to the service writer. They just looked it up and performed the work. This time the service writer blamed me for not bringing up ahead of time as to why he charged me. When I mentioned my service contract, he called up my warranty (not service contract) info and said “ look, it’s expired“ More

It took three times to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. It seems that the computer diagnostic was not diagnosing. I wonder if we do the same in the medical field, what will happen. The people on the front was great, especially Kimberly (service advisor). Kimberly was great keeping my update on the vehicle and providing me transportation back and forth to the dealership. The right front tire looked like someone ran on a curve and it was white instead of black. They are emailing information to my daughter in New Jersey.
