I hate going to dealerships and dealing with pushy car salespeople. With that being said, I saw a used Jeep Unlimited JK online that I really liked and the price was in my budget. Stopped by randomly and salespeople. With that being said, I saw a used Jeep Unlimited JK online that I really liked and the price was in my budget. Stopped by randomly and met Kainen. My initial thought, "okay, here we go". But no, he wasn't pushy at all. He had a very nice, calm, demeanor and didn't give off that creepy used car salesman vibe. Told me everything about the jeep, answered all of my questions, and let me take it for a test drive. He helped me through every step of the process. I also have to give them another shout out for the purchasing process. It was so much quicker than I expected. I test drove the jeep the day before purchasing right before closing time. So I told Kainen that I did want it and I would be back the next day. He was honest and said he couldn't hold it for me. Which is completely understandable. If a buyer is ready, you can't miss that opportunity to make a sale. I would do the same. I went back the next afternoon, thankfully it was still there, went through the financing process and was driving my new Jeep (new to me at least) out of there in less than an hour. The last time I purchased from a dealership was about 2-3 years ago and I was there probably 3 hours. Never going back to that place. I would have no problem purchasing another vehicle from Palmer and already have recommended it to everyone that's asked where I bought it. Keep up the good work, Kainen! More

I did take an extended warranty the truck had an issue will less than two hundred miles on it since I took delivery. Palmer did the repair and gave me a rental no charge didn't use the extended warranty. So I got to meet the service department. Very nice people the repair was somewhat major but truck was ready as promised. Only negative comment is the pre-delivery cleanup crew could do a better job on the inside. If you want a dealer with Integrity deal with Palmer. More

The reputation of this place is just so bad that they care less trying to do differently. Management can not keep its words and doesn't imagine the liability they expose the dealership to. I bought two cars at the same time, and 2 months later I still can't come into possession of 1 of them because off runarounds that I keep getting from management (first pretending backorder part, and now other issues with the car that they are trying to fix,.....) Overall, I will never again conduct business with this dealership and forbid anyone who is out for a great experience to even approach this place. More
