Good and bad. I often go to Palmer for my service. Prices seem high, but that's everywhere now. My biggest issue is with the service of simple issue; the windsh I often go to Palmer for my service. Prices seem high, but that's everywhere now. My biggest issue is with the service of simple issue; the windshield washer hose. The hose kept popping out of the nozzle. The first time I went the service area told me to contact their parts department to see if they had the part. I did so and was told to schedule service. Back to the service department and scheduled service. When I arrived for the service they told me that they had to order the part from another dealership and they rescheduled for a week later. A week later they did the repair and after a short while the same issue arose. I went back again and they made the repair a second time. After a couple of months, I had the same issue. I called (irritated at this point) and explained the situation and that i was annoyed and wanted to speak with the service manager. I was transferred to voicemail. I called back again and was able to speak with David Keller. I explained the problem and he had me come in right then. After a short time (about a half hour) they secured the hose to the nozzles via zip ties. Ok if it works fine. So far, so good. 4 trips for a washer fluid hose. I can't imagine if I had a serious or challenging mechanical issue. The people are very nice and do a great job at communicating. David was accommodating and helpful. After the experience, my trust in their abilities is low. More

I hate going to dealerships and dealing with pushy car salespeople. With that being said, I saw a used Jeep Unlimited JK online that I really liked and the price was in my budget. Stopped by randomly and salespeople. With that being said, I saw a used Jeep Unlimited JK online that I really liked and the price was in my budget. Stopped by randomly and met Kainen. My initial thought, "okay, here we go". But no, he wasn't pushy at all. He had a very nice, calm, demeanor and didn't give off that creepy used car salesman vibe. Told me everything about the jeep, answered all of my questions, and let me take it for a test drive. He helped me through every step of the process. I also have to give them another shout out for the purchasing process. It was so much quicker than I expected. I test drove the jeep the day before purchasing right before closing time. So I told Kainen that I did want it and I would be back the next day. He was honest and said he couldn't hold it for me. Which is completely understandable. If a buyer is ready, you can't miss that opportunity to make a sale. I would do the same. I went back the next afternoon, thankfully it was still there, went through the financing process and was driving my new Jeep (new to me at least) out of there in less than an hour. The last time I purchased from a dealership was about 2-3 years ago and I was there probably 3 hours. Never going back to that place. I would have no problem purchasing another vehicle from Palmer and already have recommended it to everyone that's asked where I bought it. Keep up the good work, Kainen! More

I did take an extended warranty the truck had an issue will less than two hundred miles on it since I took delivery. Palmer did the repair and gave me a rental no charge didn't use the extended warranty. So I got to meet the service department. Very nice people the repair was somewhat major but truck was ready as promised. Only negative comment is the pre-delivery cleanup crew could do a better job on the inside. If you want a dealer with Integrity deal with Palmer. More
