I have a long history with this dealership and most of it has been really good. They are trustworthy and do a good job with service and repair. I was surprised they didn’t have some kind of master key for my has been really good. They are trustworthy and do a good job with service and repair. I was surprised they didn’t have some kind of master key for my tires and since they couldn’t find mine, they didn’t rotate the tires with my oil change. Seems strange since they are the dealerships for my van. Really disappointed that they charge 3% on credit card payments. Next time I will bring my checkbook. I don’t do debit cards. Accepting payment of any kind has risks and benefits and it is a cost of doing business. Credit card fees shouldn’t be passed to customers using a form of payment. If I pay in cash, an employee could steal it, if I pay by check it could bounce. The industry benefits from card transactions and shouldn’t penalize those using credit cards. More

It would be nice if you could appt and in a descent time and get your car back in a decent time frame. It also would be nice if the maintenance technician would call you in a timely manner after your car is and get your car back in a decent time frame.
