Horrible!!! Horrible experience I will never forget. I am never going back there again. It's not worth it, very rude and dishonest employees, no respect for customers. Service is under new management but it's still really bad. I went in for the 40k service. First I got quoted one price over the phone, after coming in Peter tells me that's it's way more expensive. I told him what I was quoted, he pretends that he forgot and needs to check the books and all of a sudden I'm right. The manager told me not to be surprised because even though the car and service might be the same, the price is different for everybody, what??!! I was also told that it would take 3 to 3.5 hrs and I ended up waiting there for close to 5hrs. After the service my "check engine" light comes on and it gives me a message that my "ad blue is faulty". I did not have that before the service so I take the car back to them because obviously the reaction is that they screwed something up, ad blue was part of the 40k service. Of course they say it's not their fault and quote me close to $900 to fix the problem! I chose them because they are close to where I live, but I rather take a longer trip and get the job done right the first time somewhere else and avoid the unnecessary stress and unpleasantness. Very rude service, especially the guys at the front - John and Peter, and the manager. The only nice guy there is the driver! When I went to pick up my car John was on the phone so I waited until he finally realized that it would be a nice thing to tell me where to go pick up my keys, Peter was there too and could have told me that as well, but he just pretended not to see me. The only impression I have of them is that you go in there with no problems and they screw something up so they can get more money out of you. The funny thing is that the manager himself told me that it's normal and that lot's of people come in with no problems and they end up with one or many. What?! -again. I don't think he realizes how the things that come out of his mouth sound to the customers. He wasn't helpful at all, all he cared about was stating that he and his employees are right, no regard nor respect for clients, they made rude comments amongst each other while laughing, very professional right? Never again! More
