He didn't attempt to push anything on me by any means and weeks later I am more than satisfied with my 1.4l tsi jetta lease. I have had 4 vws and this thing is solid. Just as powerful as my mkIV 1.8t stock as well as having significantly more low rpm pull than my mkIII vr6 but with a longer gear ratio in 4th and 5th gear and overdrive resulting in lower rpms at higher speeds. The car drives like a dream.car even at the S level completely stock. xxxxxxto the dealer (Anthony) on not making me feel pressured or even insinuating that I needed an upgrade but with the best of intentions. I turned in a car on a Monday took 2 weeks because of parts on order and waiting for insurance co to auth. work. I did not mind the time but of the lack of keeping me advised of the reasons for the delays. I had to call them a dozen times and almost allways had to leave a message to call me as to when the car was ready. Got very few calls back. The original estmate for the time was 2 to 4 days. Ended up 2 weeks. Would have given then 5 stars if thay kept in touch with me as to the status of the work and reason for the delays. More

Unfortunately, the dealership where we drove the car did not have enough inventory to satisfy all of our needs. I tried calling different VW dealerships (not Palisades) close to me but was unhappy. If it wasn't an all out sales blitz, it was no response at all. The 2016 SportsWagen is new and there are not many available. Finally, I used the VW tools to find one that met my specs. Palisades was receiving the one we wanted. We handled the deal via email and picking up the car was a breeze. They even helped me return my leased vehicle. Great people and easy to work with. More
