I arrived mid morning without an appointment, with a headlamp bulb burned out. I needed it replaced right away since I was scheduled to leave for a road trip in the early afternoon. More importantly, they stand behind their work and should a problem re-arise, they are quick to resolve the issue. They truly live up to the word SERVICE. As always, I was very satisfied with the service at Palisades Volkswagen!! I had to have my car (2008 EOS) towed there when it stalled several times on Memorial Day weekend. I left the keys and a note in the drop box and when I called that Tuesday morning they had already begun processing my car. Once diagnosed (a relay switch in the computer system), the part was ordered and the repair made. As always, the price was reasonable and the repair well done! Also they never seem to clean or wash the car unless asked (they actually dont have to clean the car, but it would be nice / other dealers do.) More
