I purchased my Jetta from Lash VW in White Plains, NY so I've always dealt with them on service. The service has been so bad that I was honestly never going to purchase another VW again. Eric and Palisades I've always dealt with them on service. The service has been so bad that I was honestly never going to purchase another VW again. Eric and Palisades VW has restored my confidence in the brand. It was a wonderful experience dealing with them and Eric went way above and beyond in what needed to be done. I was only there because a friend a loaned my car to had lost the key and new key had to be programmed. While my car was there, Eric fit in doing my 20,000 mile service AND fixed the tail pipe. Something I've been trying to get Lash to do for months! I will now make the trip over the Tappan Zee bridge to see Palisades VW! Thank you Eric!!!! More

My check engine light was on; the original diagnosis for the problem didn't resolve the issue. Upon further research with VW technical support they determined that the part wasn't the actual cause and it w the problem didn't resolve the issue. Upon further research with VW technical support they determined that the part wasn't the actual cause and it was giving it a false reading. They changed replaced the defective part and installed the new one. I was only billed for the added cost of the part (at their cost) and no upcharge for the labor. The reason for the break was because they had my car for a week. I feel it was a very costly repair for only 58,000 miles. I appreciate that the reduced cost, however the price could've been double. The reason for so much of my doubt is that I'm called with a $700 repair and then "upon further inspection" they're finding another approximately $2,200 worth of additional / required repairs. I just feel like they were looking for things to be wrong. More

We purchased our VW Jetta for our daughter from Maureen 4 years ago and it was a great experience. She was professional, knowledgeable & courteous then, which is what brought us back to Palisades VW this ti years ago and it was a great experience. She was professional, knowledgeable & courteous then, which is what brought us back to Palisades VW this time when looking for a new car. Maureen was patient with us even after coming back 3 times in brutally hot weather, to look and drive the same car. Never once did she pressure us to buy a car that we were not going to be completely happy with. We definitely would recommend Maureen to anyone looking to purchase a Volkswagen vehicle! One complaint I do have of Palisades VW customer service is our experience with the finance dept, which was a bit frustrating to say the least. No movement on price on any used VW vehicle which we were not pleased with. Also finance dept not very good at working with qualified customers or in returning phone calls during the process. We almost walked away from the vehicle we bought due to this. However, we did come back when Maureen returned from vacation and she smoothed things over for us. So glad she did ... I LOVE MY NEW CC! Customers are always treated very well and it is nice that all employees know you by name. From the time i walled in i was greeted by Jason and then shortly after the Service Manager, Phil, checked in wi that all employees know you by name. The service department is very nice to work with and detail oriented. My car needed a lightbulb and, without an appointment, they fit me in and fixed the light.
