We had a very disappointing VW experience with another VW dealership which failed to re-program our key 5 times. Car was taken in quickly to address coolant leak. Loaner was available, which was critical for me. Service was completed in a timely manner. Staff courteous and friendly. Regular maintenance was done also, was available, which was critical for me. Service was completed in a timely manner. Staff courteous and friendly. Regular maintenance was done also, and car was washed and clean on delivery. Only glitch was that tire inflation light came on about 10 miles away from dealer. Jason was very responsive when called about the issue, and gave advice. After car rested and was restarted the dash light went off in response to holding down the reset button. This has happened a few times with the car....the dash warning light pertaining to tire pressure appears to be overly sensitive to temperature variations outside, which may be a manufacturing problem. More

Palisades Volkswagen has been servicing my Jetta for 3 1/2 years and I will go to no-one else. They fix my car as if it's their car. They even wash it. So, I'm commuting to my office in White Plains yesterday morning as I do every weekday and as I exit the GSP onto the NY State Thruway I suddenly hear a beeping noise and look down and notice that the coola morning as I do every weekday and as I exit the GSP onto the NY State Thruway I suddenly hear a beeping noise and look down and notice that the coolant light is flashing on and off. I immediately watch the temperature gauge to see if it rises, but it doesn't. I decide to head straight to Palisades VW knowing it's a few miles away, as I don't feel like turning around and heading to Three County where I service my car. I get to Palisades VW and walk in and immediately they take my GTI in and put it up on a lift. I notice that my coolant level is extremely low when they open my hood but everything seems dry when it goes up and they remove the lower panel. A few minutes later I'm informed that I have a leaky water pump, xxx. Anyway, I'm given a loaner car and out the door on my way to work within a half hour since I arrived. At the end of the day I'm informed that it's all done, the water pump is replaced and I picked it up on the way to work this morning. All in all, Palisades VW service dept. especially Phil is a class act, taking excellent care of a VW owner even though he's not a customer (currently). More
