I went into Palisades Volkswagen to make an appointment to have the 10,000 service check-up on my 2012 Passat on October 23rd. All of the service advisors were busy at that time, so a young lady from the parts department left her desk to take care of me. I looked upon that as superb "teamwork". She looked the computer screen, gave me appointment options and asked me which time would best fit my schedule. She was courteous and professional! It took less than ten minutes to arrange for my service. On October 24th, I came back to Palisades Volkswagen for my appointment and met Service Advisor Jason Casimiro. Jason is "pure joy" to deal with. He too is extremely professional, courteous and kind. After he took down my data, I asked if someone could "pair-up" my iPhone to my car and he immediately said, "Let's go to your car". We went outside and Jason asked me for my keys and my cellphone. Within a minute he gave me a lesson on how to synchronized my phone to my vehicle, and he did it. When we went back to his desk, he asked, "Would you like to have your car washed?…it's complimentary from the dealership". I was stunned, but said, "Yes". I called up a colleague and told him where I was, and that Jason had offered me a free car wash. He was shocked and said, "Only BMW does that!" (I guess not). My colleague then advised me to go see the CC model, so I went to the showroom and was met by a young African-American salesperson. He too was a delight to speak with. His knowledge of the CC was extensive and even though he knew that I was just looking, he gave me a passionate presentation on the car's features and benefits. When my wife's lease is up at Palisades Volvo, I will bring her to Palisades Volkswagen to look at all the models. After less then an hour, Jason informed me that my car was ready, just as he had promised. My hour at Palisades Volkswagen was a wonderful experience! I met great people, learned a few things and I got my Passat serviced. Overall, it was a terrific day! More

Was very pleased with the overall experience. I was pleasantly surprised with how honest, attentive, friendly and punctual the entire office was. My appointment was easy to arrange and when I arrived at the dealer I was met with a friendly atmosphere. Decided to get my 2008 R32 serviced at Palisades VW based on the positive reviews posted online, and the close proximity to my residence. Jason, the service advisor was friendly, courteous and helpful; an on the positive reviews posted online, and the close proximity to my residence. Brought my 2006 Passat in for fairly significant repairs. Jason was very knowledgable of the issues found, and clearly explained in detail what the problems were. During our conversation, I was also impressed with his knowledge of other 2006 passat problems mentioned on popular VW owner forums. Jason informed me that one of the major repairs was covered under a non-VW warranty (emissions warranty), and I did not have to fight for this as some other owners had to do at their dealerships according to what i've read on forums. This too impressed me, but I am not surprised after my many years of servicing my car at Palisades. Palisades is a place that's earned my trust. The other major repair was quite costly, and Jason was quite understanding of the pain this would cause to my wallet. He provided a complimentary oil change to help alleviate the pain. It was something I definitely appreciated. To top if all off, they were quite accomodating to my schedule, and arranged for after-hours drop-off and pick-up.. they also arranged for a loaner car for while my car was being repaired. While not the cheapest, Palisades' prices are definitely fair and reasonable. More
