I have been a customer for 6 years since we bought our Passat Station Wagon 2007. The service representatives have been always friendly and understanding, and very good in explaining technical site of an Passat Station Wagon 2007. In the same time I have never felt being pushed to go for any unnecessary expenses - I was only offered recommended procedures. In addition, I really appreciate the reception and the waiting areas interior and amenities including free Internet connection. The service charges are not on a cheap side but they are reasonable. The quality of work has been always very good. The only time I had to complain was after a serious interior repair had to be done - they fixed without hesitation. Overall I do recommend this dealership if you are willing to spend a bit more money in exchange for assurance of receiving a quality service. More

I had a wonderful experience with Jason at VW Palisades. I've taken my car to a few other VW dealers and have never been really impressed until I came here. Jason was extremely helpful not only diagnosing I've taken my car to a few other VW dealers and have never been really impressed until I came here. Jason was extremely helpful not only diagnosing the problem, but explaining the problem to me and being realistic about wait times, cost and what to expect. Also, this is the first time I've visited a dealer where they mentioned a survey and did not tell me how to fill it out. Every other dealer has asked me to give them all fives. Jason did not do this and I really appreciate that he trusted me to fill out this survey honestly. He was extremely personable and even remembered that I had a wedding and expressed concern over my safety getting there, as well as inquired about how it was when I saw him the next day. Jason is really the only person that I dealt with while at Palisades VW so I can only base my experience there off my interactions with him, but overall he was polite, courteous, accurate, responsive and a pleasure to work with. I usually do not even fill out these surveys but because I had such a positive experience there I thought it was worth sharing. I would highly recommend this dealer to my friends and family, and will definitely continue to use them (and particularly request to work with Jason) going forward with my car. I don't have any experience on the sales side of Palisades VW, but because of my experience, when my lease expires my husband and I will likely lease our next vehicle from Palisades VW. More

Just stopped by since I was leaving on an out of state trip ad I had no right-rear stop light. Jason said, I'll get someone on it ASAP and get you going.
