Eric, and other colleagues greeted me with friendly smiles. Eric was upbeat, explained everything well, and was very attentive to my concerns and questions. Great facility. Eric asked if I wanted to wait 20 minutes for car to be washed; with snow headed our way I declined, and Eric responded by suggesting I bring the car back at my convenience for the car wash. Not a big deal some might say; I differ. Everything is a big thing, even the small things. Most of all, is the consideration shown. Another young lad I met said he has had nothing but positive experiences with the dealership. If everyone there keeps this up, you might give car salesman and car dealerships a GOOD NAME!! I also would like to add that when we leased, no one applied any pressure,and the deal was sealed.
