I originally went to Palisades VW for a used car I saw advertised online. Upon getting to the dealership I was greeted by the salesman, Jason Lipkowicz. My wife and I explained why we came in and he quick advertised online. Upon getting to the dealership I was greeted by the salesman, Jason Lipkowicz. My wife and I explained why we came in and he quickly got us in for a test drive. We both loved the car but wasn't sure if it was the right fit for us. Jason put no pressure on us at all to make a decision and even encouraged us to make sure the was the right option for us. We ended up deciding against the used car and went ahead and leased a new Passat. The reason we came back to Palisades VW as opposed to any other VW dealer closer to our home was Jason. We never felt any pressure when working with him and guided us every step of the way from returning the lease on our Jetta early to the delivery of our new car. I highly recommend Palisades VW. More

I have over 200K miles on my VW TDI and suddenly needed very expensive repairs. Jason and the service team figured out what was needed in a timely fashion, explained everything to me in detail, and perform very expensive repairs. The heat in my GTI was not working properly. I had brought the GTI to Compas Motors in Middletown NY (where the GTI was purchased) two times with this problem. They kept advising me that there was nothing wrong with the heater. I then brought the car to your dealership. Immediately the problem was identified and corrected. Dave in service kept me posted throughout and the vehicle was ready as promised. I have (2) VW's. I will begin servicing my vehicles at your dealership and when it's time to purchase a new vehicle, I will definitely go to you first. More
