As I readied my typical "oh, my wife won't let me buy something today" line to fend off the usual "you better put down a deposit now THIS CAR WON'T LAST!!!!" stuff, the salesperson (Maureen) actually told me "look, I know you're not buying a car today." The salesperson was also completely practical and straightforward in response to questions. I asked her for a comparison between the car I was looking at and a competing model from another manufacturer. Rather than subject me to a desperate effort at spinning away the other car's advantages and exaggerating its disadvantages, she matter-of-factly told me where her car was better, where it fell short, and indicated that my decision ought to come down to which of these factors was a priority for me. Of course, she ended up being wrong about the "not buying today" thing, and I bought the car later that day. The transaction was smooth and quick, and everyone I dealt with there was completely professional. I also ended up taking my vehicle in for servicing shortly afterwards (precautionary; the vehicle ended up having no problems) and their service center was noticeably above par as well in terms of their speed and, well, friendliness. I'll definitely look at this place again next time I am in the market for a car. More
