Palisades VW

I brought my car in for 2 reasons one was blower motor for heat wasnt working and anitfreeze smell. Blower motor fortunatly was an easy fix water got into blower housing and froze unit and when i tried to for heat wasnt working and anitfreeze smell. Blower motor fortunatly was an easy fix water got into blower housing and froze unit and when i tried to turn on it blew the fuse. fuse replace housing cleaned out and I was advise how to make sure housing stays clear of debris so it wont happen again. Anitfreeze smell turned out to be the water pump leaking told to fix it i will wait and 3 hours later i was back on the road. Stephan was very courtious and knowledgable made my experience stress free he is asset to the service dept. More

Absolutely the WORST experience I have had to date with car dealerships. DO NOT consider this dealership unless you are a glutton for punishment. After months and months of playing one-way phone tag and trying to have Palisades VW carry out their promises of our sales agreement, I have finally just been told they will NOT be taking care of the lease turn in charges and over mileage as promised at the time of signing my new lease. 6 months..... their shady ways will only get them so far. Read these reviews and save yourself from being a victim of yet another one of Palisades VW's lying games. They have ZERO professionalism and 'yes' you, all the while they know they will not honor your agreement once that time comes. My extremely frustrating correspondence with their Sales Manager, Hunter Barton, has been the equivalent to having a root canal performed except Hunter has yet to fix this problem HE has caused and is unwilling to even meet in the middle. This is truly unacceptable and more than anything upsetting. In this day and age, when the customer is always right, Palisades VW says "NO", and continues to practice shady egotistical sales tactics and customer service. This dealership lacks in every dept. as shown by their zero tolerance policy for the TRUTH. How they are still in business baffles me. Contact VW of America and ask for their complaint record.. Its outstanding...... I unfortunately succumbed to this place but you dont have to.. DRIVE FAR FAR AWAY!!!!!! More

The Palisades service office, where I've been buying VWs and getting them serviced for more than 10 years, is always courteous, friendly, efficient and professional. My Jetta Sportwagen TDI experienced the dreaded IC freeze, but I was able to drive it (limpingly) to Palisades. Without a service appointment, Sherman still got the car in the same day, ordered the 1 freeze, but I was able to drive it (limpingly) to Palisades. Without a service appointment, Sherman still got the car in the same day, ordered the 10 degree intercooler kit, and got me a rental (they had no loaners). The next day he got me a loaner, got the kit installed, all with great communication and professionalism. He's one of the best service guys I've dealt with, hands down. More

Had a great time servicing my car at this dealership. staff was professional and they knew there stuff. although it cost a little more, it got done right the first time.
