Had the best price for the car we were looking for I know this is a VW dealer but I was looking for a Lexus RX 350 no older than 2009 and with about 50,000 miles for my son. I looked on Car Gurus for I know this is a VW dealer but I was looking for a Lexus RX 350 no older than 2009 and with about 50,000 miles for my son. I looked on Car Gurus for no less than one month at Lexus dealers and others. Each time I found a car at a reasonable price point I called -- and it was gone. So when I saw one on Car Gurus that met my specs and had a GREAT price, I called. Imagine my surprise - the car was actually there -- and made an appointment to see it. Ken, the used car manager was a nice, low pressure guy (as a matter of fact when I called about the car initially he said -- look there are some things in the interior and exterior you should know about before you drive here). He handed me to Anthony Metcalf, one his has salesmen for a test drive. Anthony took me not only on a smooth highway ride but also on a bumpy back road so I could really see how the car rode. Very honest and open. When it came time to negotiate, the dealer was very fair -- gave me a pretty good back for my trade (another Lexus RX with 120,000 miles) -- so I bought. The finance guy was also nice -- offered me a warranty but no pressure to buy. Best of all, when I got the car the next week (at my convenience) they had misplaced some of the items in the car (like the second programmable key) and told me to have it replaced (had to go to a Lexus dealer for that) and give them the bill. This was not a good experience - it was a GREAT one. Thanks Palisades VW and Ken and Anthony. When it is time to buy again, you guys will be on my list ! More

I was able to negotiate a price for my new 2013 Driver's Edition GTI via email. Once I visited the dealership, it was just a matter of agreeing on a price for my trade in.
