Recent purchase Anthony was a very good salesman, and the sale went fine. I was however very disappointed with the fact that the vehicle (Certified) came with a MDI a Anthony was a very good salesman, and the sale went fine. I was however very disappointed with the fact that the vehicle (Certified) came with a MDI adapter cable which is for an Iphone 4, which is not compatible with my smartphone (mini USB). When I inquired about whether or nor VW made a cable for phone I was told yes and asked if they would include the cable as part of the sale. The dealership said no, I could purchase one from the parts department. In my opinion, that was very bad business....I am a return customer, I just purchased a 2013 and financed the entire amount with them and they would not include a cable that cost them probably less then $25.00 ($40.00 retail), is very bad customer satifaction. More

New Purchase I am loving my Volkswagen CC .... I just happened to stumble into the dealership as I ran out of gas, they were very helpful, put gas in my car - and I am loving my Volkswagen CC .... 112 point inspection, yeah right Bought a used 2009 Jetta Sportwagen from this dealer. The initial transaction was OK with the exception of the dealership trying to charge me a NY Sta Bought a used 2009 Jetta Sportwagen from this dealer. The initial transaction was OK with the exception of the dealership trying to charge me a NY State tire disposal fee for a tire they never replaced. I also asked if they had replaced all 4 tires on the car and initially was told the previous owner had done it. When I questioned the tire disposal fees (which they are allowed to charge when they replace tires) I was told that THEY had replaced them. A request to see the work order or any receipts went unanswered. It gets better though... After completing the transaction and bringing the car home I noticed a problem 3 days later with the driver's side door lock module. This tells the car whether the door is open or closed and is used for the alarm system as well as other systems in the car. The door lock module was not responding so I could not close the windows/sunroof using the key as is standard on these cars. I called my sales rep and was told that they could not do anything for me as it wasn't covered under their limited warranty. Subsequent emails to the Sales Manager, Hunter Barton and the General Manager, John DeAngelis went unanswered and ignored. They're great when they want to sell you a vehicle but abandon you if you have a problem that they just don't feel like dealing with. Disgraceful. Steer clear if buying used (or new for that matter) as you're on your own once the car leaves the lot. By the way, it has now been a month since I contacted those two clowns and STILL NO REPLY. More
