Ryan Ehrhart of Palisades VW personally replied within an hour. NONE OF THE OTHER DEALERS BOTHERED TO! Ryan and I then spoke on the phone. I was in pursuit of a 2014 Jetta automatic for my son. I explained that we would go with the dealer that would do the $179. zero down sign and drive nationally advised offer and I was not interested in any of the asterisk and mouse type exemptions. Ryan understood what he had to do to get our business and but the deal together. He had to bring the car in from elsewhere. The deal was actually better than I had anticipated. Ryan is enthusiastic, very knowable about the products he sells. I would recommend Ryan to anyone looking for a VW or even a used car. More

Unfortunately, the coolant sign was on (I had to look at the manual) and I ne First, I am very happy with my 2014 Jetta that I leased on Memorial Day. Unfortunately, the coolant sign was on (I had to look at the manual) and I needed to take it in for service. I (female) live in Rockland but work in Manhattan (M-F). I emailed VW Service about the problem but never got a response. I decided to go to VW to see if they can possibly see me or realistically make an appt for a Saturday. I was advised Saturdays are mostly for oil changes/minor work as opposed to anything major done during the week. I accepted that and brought it in on a Wednesday; I received shuttle service to Nanuet to catch my bus. Unfortunately, the problem occurred when I got home at 7:30pm; had to wait for a taxi and pay $15 to get to Nyack from Nanuet. Everyone at VW is as courteous and helpful as can be. Going forward, however, if there is ever a problem with my car, I still want an appt on a Saturday, wait for VW to just check to see how grave the problem is. If the problem can be fixed that day, that would be wonderful. If not and I do have to bring in my car for major repair during the week, I will be requesting a loaner car. In general it was a good experience, but please be mindful of your VW customers who work in the city and cannot get to VW before 5pm to pick up their cars. More

Palisades Service Dept Excellence Manager John DeGraw and Peter Boffoli took excellent care of the repair of a certified used VW that had multiple complicated issues. He wanted to make sure I got what I wanted for the prices I wanted it for. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my choice and then when I did my financing John the Financer was just as friendly and went through the sales contract in detail.
