I went to this dealership with my son who is looking for a used SUV. We test drove a Ford Escape, I asked the saleman Sean if I could take the vehicle to my mechanic to have it checked out. He said OK. I ar a used SUV. We test drove a Ford Escape, I asked the saleman Sean if I could take the vehicle to my mechanic to have it checked out. He said OK. I arranged this with my mechanic and a day later I get a call from Sean telling me his manager, Dom, advised him that I need to agree on a price, sign a contract and leave a deposit before I can take the car to my mechanic. I never heard of such a thing. This is a used car! I called, Dom, the manager to confirm this, he said that is our company policy. So, why did the salesman tell me it woould be OK?? Anyway, Dom ended up being very rude to me. I tried to explain to him that I was interested but before I could make an offer, i want to get it checked out. He went on to say "but you are not going to pay me what I am asking for the vehicle even if your mechanic says it's a good vehicle"? Of course not!! who pays the asking price for a used car?? He went on to tell me that he could care less if the car sits here for 6 months, that is what I want for the vehicle. Typical saleman! More

Sean Morris was great to work with. He explained everything thoroughly and seemed interested in knowing what we wanted in a new car as opposed to what the dealer had in stock.
