He never gives me the run-around like all the other dealers. he doesn't keep leaving his desk to have to "talk to the manager". He just puts the numbers together and goes over them with you, so you understand everything. I will not go to anyone else again to lease a truck..... Jack Canavin has been a part of every deal I have done with Pacifico Marple Ford, and let me tell you that I am very impressed with the way he goes above and beyond to make sure that his customers have and understand everything they need to know. He will take his time to set-up or explain all the options that I wasn't sure how to do. He doesn't just say read the manual and send you on your way. I had a problem with my moon roof that was diagnosed by another dealership as being a $300 repair that wasn't covered by my extended warranty. Mike was kind enough to meet me prior to the opening of the s another dealership as being a $300 repair that wasn't covered by my extended warranty. Mike was kind enough to meet me prior to the opening of the shop to look at my problem so that I could still get to work on time. Not only did he meet me at 7am but his mechanic quickly diagnosed my situation and said he could fix it in 30 minutes. So I waited and they fixed it in less than 30 minutes and I was on my way. Everyone was very nice and very professional from the moment I arrived. I was greeted at the door by Bob who escorted me to Mike's office. Even the mechanic shook my hand and introduced himself. Ten minutes into the service Mike told me they found a service bulletin that explained about a blue grease that needed to be used to alleviate my problem and they would have the car done in no time. When it was finished he personally toook me outside to demonstrate the fix. I was very impressed with my treatment and was made to feel like a valued customer. I have purchased my last 6 cars at this dealership and went there originally because of the service. I continue to be impressed and pleased. More
