I went to three different dealerships before entering Pacifico and meeting Jack Canavin. What I was most impressed with was his ability to put himself in another person’s situation. I needed a truck built with certain specifications and it needed to be finalized by December 31th. This gave us two weeks to first find the truck and then scheduled it to be up-fitted. He said not a problem, WOW!!! I found this totally amazing because the other three dealerships told me it was impossible to even locate the truck I was looking for. It did not stop there; he then began formulating different rebate and finance scenarios looking to find me the best price possible. He came through with everything he told me, from the pricing to the time frame of its completion. I am happy to say, I was very pleased with my purchase. As consumers we have total say to who we give our business, without Jack Canavin Pacifico Ford would not have had mine. His no-nonsense approach was very much appreciated. I dealt with Jack Canavin in 2005 on a new F-350. I found him to be easy to talk to a kind of "tell you like it is" kinda guy. I stopped in to pick up one of my other trucks that was getting some warranty wo him to be easy to talk to a kind of "tell you like it is" kinda guy.
