I’ll note that Pacifico did reach out to me in order to rectify the situation. They readily offered a loaner vehicle while my car was back in the shop for the initial electrical work. My experience on fixing the issue was mostly favorable, although not glitch-free, but the further service representation by Jackie Symons was 5-star. Overall I still like and will use Pacifico Mazda - just wish these little oops’ wouldn’t happen.
