I have been treated less then good at numerous other dealerships. I thought it was due to me being a woman, or that a while ago my credit wasn't so good. I was dreading this new car buying experience and after visiting lots every day for 2 weeks directly after a long day of work, I was pleasantly surprised to find Hyundai in Essington. I was shocked to be quickly shown cars I was interested in instead of having to sit through a long talk of trying to figure out my car buying worthiness. Bill Costa my dealer was quiet, patient, and friendly while we took some test drives. He didn't badger me with questions or stories about his family or distract me while I was feeling out the car. When we got back to the lot I wasn't held there for hours or pushed in an aggressive manner. I just really enjoyed that portion of the experience and found it unique in the car buying world which can truly be a nightmare. This is why I chose to buy a car here and am very pleased I did. The car is beautiful, the price was fair, and I hope to trade mine in for a new one in about 5yrs. :-) More

When I walked into Pacifico Hyundai looking to buy a new car, I was immediately greeted by AJ Weekes. AJ gave me a chance to explain to him what I thought would be suitable for me both financially as well a car, I was immediately greeted by AJ Weekes. AJ was able to direct me right away to cars that fit my description. AJ was very patient and explained everything to me in a way that was easy for me to understand. I love pacifico Hyundai, My kids and I have bought 4 cars there now. A 2005 Elantra, 2008 Elantra, 2010 Elantra, and the most recent 2011 Elantra. Perfect Experience!! I live in New Jersey and was extremely interested in purchasing the new Hyundai Elantra. I had called a few local dealerships and expressed my interests in a purchase. I was, s extremely interested in purchasing the new Hyundai Elantra. I had called a few local dealerships and expressed my interests in a purchase. I was, surprisingly, disappointed with their lack of effort if getting the vehicle I wanted. No immediate callbacks, and if I had received a call back, little to no effort to work on obtaining this car for me. When I contacted your dealership, I spoke with Kyle (your internet representative), and Chris. I had to laugh because I had just barely hit the "send" button on my computer after requesting a price quote, and my phone rang immediately. It was Kyle and his pleasant voice and interest in helping me was evident. Their effort and desire to please me and secure this sale was immediately noticed, but no pressure or tacky sales lines were placed on me. Many phone calls to update me were placed throughout the day and I had a real appreciation for their efforts. By the end of the day, they got me the car exactly as I wanted it. Upon agreeing on a time to meet the next day to close the deal, all the details were quickly handled as to payment, price, and promotional extra's. We, then met with Mr. Dwayne Johnson, who handled us from the time we walked into the dealership. It was nice to actually meet Chris, and Kyle made sure he introduced himself and thanked us for our purchase. Dwayne was easy to be with, made sure everything was in order, and very professional. He went over all the paperwork in detail that needed to be signed and processed. He took the time to show us the car, went over all the options this car had to offer, and answered any questions we had. Since we came to the dealership with other family members, he wanted to make sure that my family also had a chance to get in the car and and witness the beauty of this vehicle as well. He's wonderful with follow up, returning calls after we left the dealership to answer any questions we had that we forgot to ask him before leaving. We would describe Dwayne as professional and has a strong desire to work and please his customers.
