He answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. I was given a great value of the trade in, I was actually given $1200 more than I was expecting to receive for my trade in and they found me financing that significantly reduced the interest I have to pay on the car I purchased through them. I went from paying %18 in intereset with a big bank to %5.49with a cedit union which was awesome. Also, the Pacifico for Life program is awesome. They really take care of their customers.There will never be enpough words to thank them for working with me to express how much of a blessing it is for me to found a dealership that is truly customer oriented. I rate this dealship high because of the excellent customer service. Andrew was a great car salesman. He was friendly and very knowledgable. He never seemed frustrated, took his time and really had a lot of patiences with me. He went over everything in detail and when I left the dealership I was 95% satisfied with my purchase. I have had my car for 2 weeks now and I have received at least 4 follow-up calls from Andrew. In addition, I had to return to the dealship to have my key programmed to my car. Andrew arranged everything. He told me to be there at 8:30 and he advised me that it may be a while and that a shuttle could be provided to take me to work, pick me up and bring me back to get my car. Well I brought my car in at 8:30 a.m., the shuttle was supposed to pick me up at 9 and before the shuttle could even get to me, my car was finished being serviced. So, I was very pleased with the turn around time by the service department. Overall it was a good experience at Pacifico. More

After a sad experience trying to purchase a car from Springfield, I was set to go buy a used Nissan from my next door neighbor. While checking out online about good prices for it I found Pacifico by accident. Figuring it couldn't hurt to try one more dealership I stoppedby after work about 7:30. Walking in only about an hour before closing , I was expecting to be rushed. Was I wrong ! Andrew ,from the second we walked in treated me with kindness. Tired, but smiling and patient he took me on two test drives and found "my Elantra". Michelle was so awesome too. Fast and efficient. They sent me home with their tags and I came back next day to finish signing. I would say to anyone to give them a shot...especially the women who can't stand condescending sales men.
