We purchased the car with him, and despite it being the very end of the day, he was VERY sweet and patient in walking me through the process since it was my first purchase. I think he might have even stayed late for us... I'm definitely going to be using Pacifio to maintain the car! More

Carl is the best at what he does. What sold me was how many repeat customers stopped by to shake his hand in the few hours we were with him. The dealership was very fair with the price and with my trade in value on my used car. Each person I came in contact with was very friendly and respected me as a customer. But the biggest impression made was the follow up phone calls that I have received from Craig since my purchase, checking in to see how I like my Mazda 3 and to see if I had any questions about the car or any of the features in the car.
