I bought a car from Pacifico a month ago. Carl is an effective salesmen, not the stereotype -- low pressure, wants to make the deal work and made the deal work. Jim -- the sales manager -- was amazing, effective salesmen, not the stereotype -- low pressure, wants to make the deal work and made the deal work. Jim -- the sales manager -- was amazing, knew the cars in his inventory and their prices with all the options extremely well, very honest and accommodating on the price. Also very service oriented -- the entire staff, including the detail guys stayed after hours until 10:30pm to prep the car and finish the sale. I polled about 5 hyundai dealers within a radius of 60 miles for price -- Pacifico provided the best price by far, hands down. They were low key about it too, no hassle. If you live in DE, Phl or NJ south and want to buy Hyundai, go there. More

Sheldon Price was the salesman who serviced my purchase of a 2006 Kia Spectra. Sheldon was courteous, friendly, and went out of his way to accommodate me and help me select the best vehicle for the best v of a 2006 Kia Spectra. Sheldon was courteous, friendly, and went out of his way to accommodate me and help me select the best vehicle for the best value. He was very energetic, easy to talk with and very understanding. The dealership was very busy on the day I purchased my car (06/11/2011) but Sheldon was persistent in working with the financial staff to work up the figures for my loan. I was treated me with respect and he expressed a true concern for my comfort while waiting for the car deal to process. The dealership provided beverages and snacks to me and all the customers in the showroom. The financial staff (Jay Singer) was also very professional and expeditiosly processed the loan and explained in detail every part of the terms of the financing and made helpful recommendations concerning warranty issues. I can't say enough about the service I received. My daughter is going to purchase a vehicle in the fall and we plan to visit Sheldon Price for assistance in finding her the best car she can afford. I had occasion to call Sheldon since my purchase. He anseered his phone directly with no waiting and responded to my questions. I give Sheldon Price and the dealership the highest rating for their service, attitude and knowledge about car sales. More
