I did the preliminary research for my new car through the AAA car buying website. I received a call from this dealer within 15 minutes of my initial contact request. I was greeted by Dwayne Johnson as I was getting out of my car at the door and the personalized and friendly service continued throughout the sale. I produced the low price guarantee printout from AAA and it was accepted without a problem. Both the manager and finance officer exemplified the same friendly and personal attention as our sales rep. Well there isn't really much to say but GREATNESS. Joe could not be no more of a nice person also made the whole trip well worth it. He even took the time to explain to me the ends and outs. Also very service oriented -- the entire staff, including the detail guys stayed after hours until 10:30pm to prep the car and finish the sale. I polled about 5 hyundai dealers within a radius of 60 miles for price -- Pacifico provided the best price by far, hands down. They were low key about it too, no hassle. If you live in DE, Phl or NJ south and want to buy Hyundai, go there. More
