Sheldon Price was the salesman who serviced my purchase of a 2006 Kia Spectra. Sheldon was courteous, friendly, and went out of his way to accommodate me and help me select the best vehicle for the best v of a 2006 Kia Spectra. The dealership was very busy on the day I purchased my car (06/11/2011) but Sheldon was persistent in working with the financial staff to work up the figures for my loan. I was treated me with respect and he expressed a true concern for my comfort while waiting for the car deal to process. The dealership provided beverages and snacks to me and all the customers in the showroom. The financial staff (Jay Singer) was also very professional and expeditiosly processed the loan and explained in detail every part of the terms of the financing and made helpful recommendations concerning warranty issues. I can't say enough about the service I received. My daughter is going to purchase a vehicle in the fall and we plan to visit Sheldon Price for assistance in finding her the best car she can afford. I had occasion to call Sheldon since my purchase. He anseered his phone directly with no waiting and responded to my questions. Bill was excellent in the way that he worked with me. I came in with a budget and Bill made it happen. When I decided to buy a used car for my son I was very concerned with the quality of cars and level of customer service I would receive. Well I needed a car bad my truck seemed to be coming to the end. A friend of mine told me about Pacifico and she told me that she brought a couple of cars from there.Me being from Orange county Nj I would the end. A friend of mine told me about Pacifico and she told me that she brought a couple of cars from there.Me being from Orange county Nj I would have never known.So I called and was transfered to service which I think was a mistake, then they transfered me to sales were I spoke with and met Joe Harmer.He explained to me how the dealership worked as far as coming in and picking out a car.I came in on a Saturday morning(P.S. try to get there early on Satdy's due to the amount of people buying cars from there)and from the very start was greeted by Joe and his warm and very professional attitude.He walked me through the Santa Fe that I was interested in.He sold me on the test drive.I have been to a couple of dealerships and they all had the same type of system-"CRUMMY".As we were driving Joe really let his hair down and made me feel like a lady as well as gave me the feeling that he was not taking advantage of me.I brought the Santa Fe and a couple of weeks later to no fault of Pacifico or Joe the power steering pump kept acting up.Not only did they try their best to fix the pump they even gave me a 2011 loaner for a couple of days.So instead of me going through the problem any longer I asked Joe if I could just trade it in and with no flack at all with the help of his sales manager Chris the two of them took very good care of me.And I left with a newer and less mile Santa Fe.I would as a woman who is of a certain age and long time retail customer I want to Thank the Pacifico owners for taking the time to not only bring back what is considered good business but for taking the time to hire a person Like Joe.When I left for the last time I felt really good.No regrets and like I said Joe treated me like a lady all the way through.He was very nice to work with,not only would I recommend Joe and Pacifico I will make it a point to tell people about them.Once again Thank you Joe Harmer and to the Pacifico family,I now feel apart of yours.
