I Scheduled my recall appt online two weeks prior to my appt date & I did night drop the night before the appt for mine & their convenience. Assuming my car would be finished in one day; it was not touched appt date & I did night drop the night before the appt for mine & their convenience. Assuming my car would be finished in one day; it was not touched until after 11am on day two.Ashley then called me to say they could not do the recalls because my wheel lock was not the right one. So my truck sat a day and half for no reason with no work being done. My last service and rotate was here so that was their mistake! Thankfully I never had a flat in the mean time and needed the wheel lock. This appointment was frustrating and disappointing! More
