Out of several Toyota dealerships that I looked at for buying a Toyota Tacoma 4x4 Pickup, Ourisman Chantilly was by far the best overall choice for my purchase. They also have a warranty outside the Toyot buying a Toyota Tacoma 4x4 Pickup, Ourisman Chantilly was by far the best overall choice for my purchase. They also have a warranty outside the Toyota warranty that offers pwer train for life as long as you have the service work done there (scheduled maintenance). Kirk Etter was very easy to work with. I liked everyone except my salesperson, Daudi. The only thing I can say in her defense is she is new and a "baby salesman". But, she pissed me off right off the bat w/ sending me out to the back of the lo thing I can say in her defense is she is new and a "baby salesman". But, she pissed me off right off the bat w/ sending me out to the back of the lot to look at vans in the sun and heat w/ a toddler and being pregnant when we told her EXACTLY what we were in the market to BUY. Not look at, BUY! I even stopped her on the way and said - is this really necessary - we know what we want - just look in your system, find it and pull the vehicle up here. She just looked at me stupidly and then kept walking. I instantly hated her then and told my husband we needed to ditch her for a new salesperson immediately. He was nicer than I and willing to give her a shot. I tried to ditch her a second time by complaining to one of the managers outside saying - why were were taken out to walk the lot when we knew what we wanted and didn't they have a system to look things up. He said yes, looked like he was going to help - he started to approach my husband and Daudi as they were walking back, but then instead waved in some other guy parking a car and did absolutely nothing. I didn't catch that managers name or he'd be on my hated list too. Luckily the manager inside (Timoner) got involved in the actual sale or we would have been there for even more hours on end. Daudi didn't seem to be in the know about the car or the process. Then, one of the key features in the vehicle we wanted wasn't installed and had to be done the following week. I know salespeople intentionally make the process uncomfortable for you - but when you say you're here to buy - their outlook and approach needs to change and do what you say and make you comfortable. Oh FYI - bring your own sanitizer and TP! Apparently they don't have cleaners for their restrooms. They were filthy disgusting and didn't even have any TP. I told a guy this and then overheard him asking another lady who handles it - and she said "no one anymore". Seriously? You're there for HOURS on end when purchasing, customers are going to need to use the restroom. CLEAN the freaking bathroom and keep it stocked for God's sake! More
We visited this dealership because we personally know someone who works there (not in sales) and were promised that we'd get a good price. We were referred to Gaurav Gulati, the general sales manager, and were looking forward to a stress free transaction. We were greeted by him upon arrival, but he quickly handed us off to a salesman. The NEW vehicle we test drove had a sizeable scratch in the paint. Another sales manager said they could get the scratch 85-90% out. Not 100%? Despite our reservations, we continued the process. We still had to haggle over pricing, and their offer on our trade-in was insulting. After 2 rounds of the pricing game with our salesperson, Gaurav finally took the time to come over to us with another offer. The offer on the new vehicle was satisfactory, but the updated trade in offer was still well under KBB/NADA/Edmunds value and our CarMax appraisal. He absolutely would not budge on the offer, even though we had better offers from 2 other dealerships in the area. He wouldn't even match them. I will admit that I was angry and used an expletive a few times when balking at his offer on our trade in, but he literally scolded me for my use of language. He then stormed away from us. If this is how he treats his colleague's friends, I can't imagine how he treats average walk-ins. Our overall experience here was terrible. We took our business elsewhere and bought the same day from another dealer. We got the pricing we expected, much better customer service, and a vehicle without a scratch. More

I work in retail for many years customers, now do not want to hear : I can't do that.... your color selections for the Highlander are not very attractive, the choice stays in the comfort zone blues, greys, white !!! we saw an rust color that we liked, we asked if we could have it on the car we chose, "no can't do that.." thanks again for the experience, very long process, we do enjoy the car. we will see you on our first scheduled maintenance Patricia, John More

The salesman was pleasant, polite, and very well-spoken gentleman and most importantly happy. I thrive on being happy, treat people the way I want to be treated, and Arnaud Kegbe was that! Price was reasonable. Then you asked for a simple "what can you do to help me out a bit" question and the Sales Manager Richard Duong went ballistic: yelling at you, calling you cheapskate, threatening to take their buyer's edge incentive away, raised his tone of voice, putting you at a defensive mode, and worst of all made my spouse walked out. I considered myself a calm person and that was what I did... calmly walked out of the store. However, the "good" apples Arnaud and Gaurav Gulati "calmly" asked what they can do to make things better and how can they earn our business, and that was all it took was being polite, speak in a friendly matter, and don't yell. So in summary, if you're not happy with someone... ask for another person in the bunch. Don't ever feel pressured to buy a car... there's always a car out there, car buying should be fun, one bad apple CAN ruin the entire experience, but few good people can save the day. More
