My experience at Ourisman dealership was excellent. I was greeted with a smile from all employees. I worked with Amen and he took the time to interview me to learn about me and the purpose for my visit, was greeted with a smile from all employees. He helped me understand all of the features and benefits of the RAV4. After I made the decision to purchase he turned me over to Harris Chaudhry who helped me with the financing and at no time did I feel pressured to purchase any upgrades or extras. I contacted four local Toyota dealers looking for a new Sienna. Only two of the four seemed interested in selling me a van. Ourisman Chantilly didn't really pressure me, took time to be sure I would get what I was looking for and felt confident that they could beat the competition on price (they didn't balk when I went to other dealers). They gave be an "out the door" price that I could compare with others. However, once I decided to go with them, they told me they had made a $1500 mistake, but would eat 1/2 the difference. I eventually agreed to pay about $400 over their initial offer which still seemed like a reasonable price given the run-a-round I had been give by two other dealers in the area. Mr. Elnokrashy & Mr. Guthrie were very pleasant to deal with always returned my calls quickly. Based on my buying experience, I would recommend Ourisman Chantilly Toyota. More

I am very disgusted with the way your sales team conducted business with me today. We were in your dealership last week, looking at a 2013 Limited Toyota Sienna. We have been looking around at oth conducted business with me today. We were in your dealership last week, looking at a 2013 Limited Toyota Sienna. We have been looking around at other dealerships and attained price quotes from these other dealerships. My wife decided to call Ourisman today and see if you could match or beat the offers the other dealerships had quoted us. Your salesman, Marcel, called my wife and said "my manger really wants to sell you this car." He then quoted my wife 40,799 drive out. My wife clarified that the price quoted was 40,799 drive out and was assured that was the price. We accepted and drove approximately an hour to your location. While there we had to wait for approximately 30-45 minutes until Marcel told us that his "manager" had made a mistake and that they could not honor that price. Your general sales manager, Gaurav Gulati, then approached us offering a "free" gas tank for basically wasting our time. We have come to the conclusion that your sales team deploys this sales tactic just to get buyers in the door. Make promises on the telephone and get clientele to come in and then change the prices on them. There is no honesty there and the way we were treated is unacceptable. Your sales manager did not even try to work with the price but generally kicked us out. I don't know what kind of training you put your sales team through, especially your sales managers, but they need additional training in customer service. I believe the general public would not like to get duped by your team with fake promises, waste our time and get offered a "free" gas tank in return. The integrity of your dealership is questionable. Word of mouth can go a long way and everyone will know how your sales team deploys this tactic and uses dishonesty to get customers in. My experience with managers is that they are supposed to work with finding solutions to the problem, thus they have the title "manager." In this instance Gaurav did not even try to find a solution to the problem but wanted to get rid of us so that he would not have to deal with the situation. He couldn't even tell me the name of the "manager" that made this price mistake (dishonesty again) and waste my time. Do not let them use this sales tactic and get you in the door with fake promises. I put my vehicle in for the following service: Oil change, tire rotation, rear seat headrest repair, front end vibration when braking, vehicle cleaning, recall service. My vehicle is under bumper to b change, tire rotation, rear seat headrest repair, front end vibration when braking, vehicle cleaning, recall service. My vehicle is under bumper to bumper warrantee through 100,000 miles. the service manager on duty called me and said that the head rests were in backwards and I could pay $500 or take the vehicle where I bought it. the headrests are not in backwards, They are stuck in place. I have never removed them and had no reason to do so until recently, My personal opinion is that the dealer did not want to do the work, I'm assuming it is because this is a warrantee issue which doesn't give them money. The dealer listed a recommendation of tire balance, frontend alignment, the seat repair and other related services, and then listed that I declined all of the work. none of the work other than the headrests were discussed with me. not only was the work not discussed with me, given that the vibration happens when I brake, it is more likely that the rotors are warped which should also be covered under the warrantee. the tires show no abnormal wear and castor issues do not show during braking, they show when driving. the service for the doors resulted in the passenger side door handle falling off. not good since we have kids in the vehicle. Last, my vehicle looks like it was somewhat vacuumed but did not appear to be washed. I needed this work done because we were going on a trip. If a dealer doesn't want to service vehicles not purchased from their dealer, they should let you know in advance so that you can go to another dealer. there was a service rep who was very nice which is why I did not give them the lowest rating for friendliness. he did not start work until 1pm the day of the service. Ernesto was very patient and kind with us during the process of picking our car. We went in with two young kids and Ernesto was so patient with our kids and understanding to our needs. Mr. Darwin was also very kind, cheerful and courteous, he helped us get a great rate to finance the car of our dreams and was very precise in explaining all the terms. He went through each form with great detail and answered every question we had. It was an incredibly hot day and both gentlemen were very hospitable and made our car shopping experience to be a pleasurable one. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.
