I went to the dealership with the internet price of a particular vehicle. The Toyota Avalon I saw online was on the lot and I was given the internet price. Test drive was smooth and when it came down to working the monthly payments and obtaining an extended warranty, the sales person (cannot recall his name), worked the numbers where I stayed within my budget and received a warranty for 60 months (until the car is paid off in full.) Doug took care of me right from the get-go. Doug and Sean both are gentlemen,kind and very polite and will go to any length to give you the very best experience they have to offer at the moment. They will give you the best advice they can give. I have never felt that I was not taken care of while I was there. The waiting room is nice. The coffee is hot. The tv is BIG! My 1999 Camry (Betsy), which I was very fond of and was in perfect running condition was totalled in car accident by 16yr old. I wasn't in the best of moods when I arrived here, but Andy Walker welcomed us, on that chilly Saturday as soon as we arrived and shortly after we were introduced to Teemour Piracha, who eased alot of the stress I was experiencing. I hadn't had to look for a car in quite sometime, so this was the last thing I was looking forward to. We checked a couple of other dealerships that day, but came right back to Ourisman Toyota Chantilly. From the first testdrive to the final "Ringing of the Bell" the entire process was stress free. No Pressure to buy anything -- the choice was up to me, I was given all the options available to me and If I ever have to do this again -- I know where my first stop will be and who to look for. I went in looking for information only and expecting the same poor service I've been getting everywhere else AND i walked out with a new Toyota RAV4. I couldn't say no to such a Great service. Teemour stayed with us, patiently, through the whole process even after closing hours and made sure to check on us after we met with finance, walked us out and everything. =) More

They also helped us sync our phone with the car. We scheduled the first of our free maintenance before we drove off. Overall, Outstanding first, new car buying experience.
